Venezia FC Femminile received an important award for its commitment to the Powerchair project, promoting inclusion and sports practice among girls and boys with disabilities. The award ceremony was held on Monday, May 25, at the CONI Hall of Fame. The club arancioneroverde distinguished itself thanks to the project related to the Venezia FC Powerchair, which was the first professional Italian club to enter the world of powerchair football. Through this project, Venezia FC promotes every day a real inclusive culture and supports the spread of sports practice among girls and boys with disabilities. The president of the Serie B Women's Division, Laura Tinari, reiterated the importance of the social role of all clubs: 'With 'B to Be' we celebrated the sports results of the societies, but focusing also on the great values, those on which the social responsibility projects carried out by the clubs on the territories are based: inclusion, protection, security, respect'. An award that confirms the value of the path undertaken by Venezia FC and the daily commitment of the club to make sport a more open, accessible and inclusive space.
